How long does a typical website take to build?
Most Starter and Growth projects launch within 3–4 weeks. E-commerce stores typically take 5–7 weeks depending on the number of products and integrations.
Do you only work with U.S. businesses?
We are based in Pickerington, Ohio and most of our clients are U.S. small businesses, but we are happy to work with anyone who shares our values.
Who actually owns my website after launch?
You do, in full. We hand over all source code, design files, hosting credentials and content.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on user-friendly platforms (WordPress or a clean static CMS) and give you a free training session so you can edit text, swap images and publish posts on your own.
How do you handle Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads?
We build the landing pages, set up conversion tracking, write the ad copy and manage your monthly budget. You get a transparent report every month showing spend, leads and cost-per-lead.
Will my site be secure?
Every site ships with a free SSL certificate, daily off-site backups, malware scanning and a hardened admin login.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every plan includes a free post-launch support window. After that, you can hire us hourly or pick a Care & Maintenance Plan starting at $79/month.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not happy with the design after the first round of mockups, you can walk away and we refund your deposit minus a small concept fee. Details are in our Terms.
