3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals during the design and development process
  • Ensuring that any content, images, or materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Making payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each individual project proposal. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom design elements and content created specifically for their project. MyWebsiteDeals retains the right to use general coding techniques, frameworks, and non-proprietary elements in other projects. We also reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional charges. Major scope changes may require a revised proposal and adjusted pricing.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets the agreed-upon specifications. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our SEO or digital marketing services, as search engine algorithms and market conditions are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyWebsiteDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Trumbull County, Ohio.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
